Homemade Russian Dressing
 
 
Serves: 3 cups
Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cup Greek 2% yogurt
  • ½ cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 (5.5 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp white vinegar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp minced dill pickle
  • 2 Tbsp minced onion
  • 4 tsp horseradish (drained)
  • 2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.*
  2. Refrigerate in a sealed jar for up to 2 weeks. *If you prefer a very smooth dressing, just blend in the food processor until desired consistency is achieved.
