Weeknight Caprese Pizza with Grapes

  • 1 - store bought pre-baked pizza crust , flat bread or naan
  • 1 jar marinara or pizza sauce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • handful seedless grapes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzerella
  • handful sliced green onion
  • handful fresh arugula
  1. Spread sauce on crust, top with sliced tomato and grapes. Sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Bake at 350ºF until golden and cheese is bubbling, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Remove, sprinkle with green onions and arugula.
