Meyer Lemon & Raspberry Mimosa
  • 1 bottle of Prosecco (or other sparkling white wine)
  • Juice of 5 Meyer lemons, plus one for garnish
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  1. Pour Prosecco and lemon juice into a large pitcher; add raspberries and basil and stir. Let sit for at least 10 minutes, and pour into champagne flutes. Garnish with Meyer lemon slices, if desired.
