In a bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey. Add turkey and mix well.
Shape meat mixture in a 8-inch microwave pie plate or round shallow bowl. Shape the meat “like a donut” in a thick band around the perimeter leaving a 2-inch empty space in the middle.
Cover with waxed paper. Microwave at 100% power (high) for 5 minutes. Turning if your microwave has no turntable.
Pour desired sauce evenly over meat. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on 50% power (medium) for an additional 12 minutes or until cooked to 165ºF.
