Berry Protein Smoothie Bowl

Servings 2 bowls


  • 1 1/2 cups frozen berries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 cup silken tofu
  • 1 Tbsp ground chia seeds
  • 1-1/2 cups plain, sweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 to 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • Extra berries, for garnish
  • Extra chia seeds, for garnish


  • Add first 4 ingredients to your blender and process until smooth. If it's too thick, add the extra 1/2 cup of juice and process again until desired thickness is reached. Pour into two bowls and top with extra berries and chia seeds.
