Instructions
To Make Spicy Roasted Sweet Potato:
Preheat oven to 425ºF. In a bowl toss sweet potato, oil, salt, pepper, chili powder and parsley until coated. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, turning once.
