Canadian Bacon Pineapple Pizza

Servings 8 slices


  • 1 – 12-inch packaged thin crust pizza
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ¾ cup chopped fresh kale
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup canned pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped


  • Preheat oven to 400ºF
  • Spread pizza sauce over crust. Top with kale, pineapple, bacon and cheese.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and cheese is melted. If you like the cheese more toasty, just place under the broiler for a minute or two.
  • Cut into 8 slices.
