instant espresso coffee powder or strong instant coffee powder

or more to taste – depends on how much BUZZ you need!

unsweetened almond milk

ice

frozen banana

protein powder
2-3
Tbsp
honey
,
or to taste
Instructions
Combine boiling water and coffee powder. Add to a high-speed blender along with remaining ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth.
