parsnip

chicken broth

milk

cream
Instructions
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onions, carrot, parsnip, salt and pepper. Cook 15 minutes until soft.
In blender, purée in batches, adding broth, milk and cream.
Reheat to serve.
