Morning BUZZ Expresso Smoothie

  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 2 tsp instant espresso coffee powder or strong instant coffee powder, or more to taste – depends on how much BUZZ you need!
  • 1-1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2-3 Tbsp protein powder
  • 2-3 Tbsp honey, or to taste


  • Combine boiling water and coffee powder. Add to a high-speed blender along with remaining ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth.
