Turn Christmas supper upside down with this Wine ‘n Dine Peppercorn Roast Beef
Don’t get me wrong, I love a traditional holiday meal. Having said that, our extended family celebrates several times over the next two weeks, so after my third turkey dinner you start to wonder what else is out there?
How about a roast beef?
As I began my internet quest to find inspiration for my roast beef dinner, I discovered a new site that I just love, love, love… thinkbeef.ca. Have you guys been there? It’s new, but I really like where it’s headed. Lots of tips, nutritional info and interesting beef recipes with a twist.
This is the recipe I selected to try, it looks amazing – Wine ‘n Dine Peppercorn Roast Beef. Just click here for the recipe!
Not sure how to cook a roast beef? Just check out this free booklet –Perfect Roast Beef – with lots of tips, tricks and recipe ideas. It’s free to download!
So have I inspired you to re-think one of your holiday meals? If not Christmas, how about New Year’s Eve…
I wanted to take a moment to thank all of you who have read my emails, cooked my recipes and clicked through the EatInEatOut™ magazine over the past 6 years. I really enjoyed reading your comments and hearing about the many successes with my recipes. It’s just like being part of an extended family! Sadly, this is the end of my emails to you. While the website will remain as a library for past recipes and EIEO magazines, I have decided not to share any more new material and back away from food blogging.
I learned one thing while creating EIEO: Being a food blogger… IS REALLY HARD! My hat goes off to all of you. Kudos for all the super-creative food ideas, testing, cooking, shooting, retouching, posting, writing, tweeting, facebooking, instagraming and most of all cleaning… you are amazing!!!!
Thank you again and have a wonderful holiday season.
Kathryn
I am going to miss your e-mails and posts but certainly appreciate how difficult food blogging is. Thank-you. xoxo
