The Summer Issue is online and it’s all about eating OUTSIDE!
It’s finally here! Time for the local bounty of fruits and veggie to start arriving at the market. Time to fire up the barbecue and have our friends and family over to enjoy the great outdoors. Time to take a vacation and dangle our toes off the end of the dock. Ahhh Summer at last!!

It’s great to have a fresh crisp salad on the cover for Summer. 2015. This Grilled Romaine with 3-Herb Green Goddess Dressing will be perfect for a backyard barbecue. The three-herb dressing is made with healthy canola oil, and does triple duty as a pasta sauce or dip.
In this issue we did something a little different. Three of us worked on one BIG story – Take it Outside. I joined EIEO West Coast Editor, Stephanie and Guest Contributor, Reneé Kohlman in creating 12 new recipes for a barbecue, picnic or garden party. Totally yummy!
