Don’t rush off to school or work without a good breakfast.

These Grab & Go Healthy Breakfast Wraps are super fast, such an easy way to start the day off right. This recipe first appeared the FALL 2015 issue of EatInEatOut™ magazine, in a wonderful story on how to make healthy breakfast for kids that can be enjoyed while on the run. Don’t skip this recipe just because kids love them, the ‘big’ kids in the family will love them too!

banana-pear-walnut-breakfast-wraps_1 Take advantage of local autumn pears by whipping up a few of these Grab & Go Healthy Breakfast Wraps. If that’s not your thing in the morning, they also make a healthy mid-afternoon “pick-me-up” snack for work or after-school.

banana-pear-walnut-breakfast-wraps_2sq banana-pear-walnut-breakfast-wraps_3sq I love a recipe that calls for only a few simple ingredients that I always have on hand. These Grab & Go Healthy Breakfast Wraps are a super-healthy way to start the day, or a guilt-free afternoon snack we can all feel good about.
