I think I’ve mentioned before that I love, love, love autumn. It’s the season of cooler temps, higher energy, and a great time for fresh new starts. To most, it means getting back to the very busy routines of life; school, work or both. Being pressed for time doesn’t mean you start skipping meals or forgetting about nutrition right? You’re going to need all the energy you can get… time to bring out the king of iron… beef!
That leads me to a new site I came across lately – ThinkBeef.ca. Have you been there? What I loved about it was that the beef recipes, each had a little twist. I also liked that at ThinkBeef.ca you can find great information on the nutrition side of eating beef. Who knew Canadian babies don’t get enough iron?
