We all have those go-to recipes, the ones you know off by heart that can save a meal in a hurry! This recipe is my new favorite, not because I can whip it up in 10 minutes, but because it tastes super amazing!

Maple Curry Chicken is really a chicken marinade recipe. You can marinate chicken for a few minutes and it tastes good, however, this recipe takes a little planning ahead to be at its very best. Whip up the marinade and place the chicken in the sealable bag, refrigerate and leave it for 48 hours… yes 48 hours. Then bake or grill – easy peasy!

Maple Curry Chicken

This amazing marinade recipe creates delicious baked or grilled Maple Curry Chicken. Everyone will think you fussed for hours making this moist chicken with complex flavours.
