The Fall issue is now online and it’s all about family!

Welcome back! Did you have a great summer? I bet you’ve started to settle back into school, work or just the routines of a busy life, right? You’re probably looking for ways to serve the family a home-cooked meal, but you need it fast. How about 30 minutes? How about using local in-season fruits and veggies? Sound good, than this new issue is for you!

I think the EIEO team has put together an outstanding EatInEatOut™ Magazine Fall 2016 issue with healthy and creative recipes that are simple, fresh, and hopefully make meal-planning a little easier. Our goal was to give busy Moms simple tips and tricks to feel good about the meals you’re serving your family, without spending tons of time doing it. Let’s see what’s behind the cover…

Layout 1 Another great cover, am I right? This recipe for Cauliflower Pork Fried Rice is amazing. Shhhh… just between you and me, there is no rice! It’s just one of the many 30-minute meals we feature in this issue. Simple. Fast. Delicious.

peanut-noodles-with-turkey We also focused on using in-season fruits and vegetable in these 30-minute meals, eat local, right? Make sure you check out our pasta story with unique recipes like this Spicy Peanut Noodles with Turkey that’s ready in a snap and is so yummy!

club-sandwich-skewers Looking for ways to add some fun to kids lunches and snacks? We’ve got some great ideas thanks to our friends at Armstrong Cheese.

spicy-miso-noodle-jar After you’ve planned the family meals and packed lunches for the kids, is there any time left for your lunch? We’ve got you covered with some great ideas for Layered Lunch in a Jar! I think this Spicy Miso Noodle Jar has your name on it…

We also have great tips on allergy-friendly school lunch strategies, 3 new cookbooks and a really great new contest. Enjoy every page (CLICK HERE TO READ NOW!), and please share it with … well… everyone! ENJOY!!
