Let’s kickstart 2017 with the launch of a new gathering place, packed with the goodness of beef
A new year comes with some exciting changes to EIEO, I can’t wait to get started on the first one.
I had this idea over my extended holidays – I should create an area within EatInEatOut that was dedicated to putting a new contemporary twist on some of your favourite beef dishes. That way it would be really easy to navigate directly to this ‘beefy’ section. Let’s call it: ReThink Beef!
I have quite a few great beef recipes, but thought I could use a bit of help to fill it up right. That’s where Joyce Parslow, my new guest blogger, comes in. I asked her to contribute a few of her recipes to help kick off ReThink Beef with a bang. I know she has many more tasty ideas for cooking creatively with beef, so look for them popping up here over the next few months. I can’t wait to see what she comes up with!
