I’m excited to welcome Joyce Parslow, as a guest blogger here at EIEO.
I had this idea to create an area within EatInEatOut that was dedicated to putting a new contemporary twist on some of your favourite beef dishes. I have a few great recipes, but needed a bit of help to fill it up. That’s where Joyce comes in. I asked her to contribute a few of her recipes to help kick off ReThink Beef with a bang. I know she has many more great ideas, so look for them popping up here over the next few months. I can’t wait to see what she comes up with!
